Keleigh draws on psychoanalytic theory and Jungian-inspired depth work. Her approach is creative, relational, and critically minded, thinking outside the box in treatment planning. She holds empathy at the centre while guiding patients toward tangible, meaningful life shifts. She also incorporates Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) as an integrated part of her therapeutic paradigms. Keleigh invites reflection, imagination, and self-expression, aiming to help patients feel deeply seen and understood while fostering meaningful self-awareness and empowerment in their lives. Keleigh works with children, adolescents, parents, couples, families, and adults.

Keleigh’s qualifications are:

  • Bachelor of Arts (Wits)
  • Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology (Wits)
  • Master of Science in Clinical Psychology (SMU) -her research focused on substance use recovery in the South African context.
