Meredith Forbes is a Clinical Psychologist with a therapeutic orientation grounded in psychodynamic principles, with a focus on how early experiences shape current patterns of relating and coping. • Perinatal (pregnancy and post-partum) Mental Health
• Eating disorders

Central to her work is an existential philosophy: the belief that therapy is not only about alleviating distress, but also about discovering meaning, embracing uncertainty, and moving toward a more authentic and fulfilling way of being.
